We take every care to ensure our products reach you as they left us. Occasionally damage may occur in transit. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot refund or replace products that have been used. You are welcome to exchange your product for another of the same value within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the postage cost on all items involved.
All orders are typically shipped within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Orders placed are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Parcels are normally delivered within 3-5 working days. Should you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate.
We currently accept orders and delivery to UK addresses via the website but for deliveries for outside of the UK please contact us directly for delivery costs.
